This Policy explains how GRE.A.T (“we”) collects and processes personal data through the website great.com.gr, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Greek law.

2. What data we process
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message content. These are sent to us by email and are not stored in a website database.
- Usage data (only with your consent): through Google Analytics we collect navigation statistics such as the pages you visit, visit duration, device/browser type and approximate location, with an anonymised IP address.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to enquiries — legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR).
- Audience statistics to improve the website — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This is never enabled without your consent.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

Necessary cookies do not require consent. Statistics cookies are only enabled if you choose “Accept”. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the control (also available in the footer).
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). The service is loaded only after your consent, with IP anonymisation and Google “Consent Mode” defaults set to denied until you opt in. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab).
6. Recipients & international transfers
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by Google as a processor for the operation of Analytics, possibly involving transfers outside the EEA (e.g. the USA). Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
7. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations. Statistics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). 9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we make every reasonable effort to protect it.

This site contains links to third-party websites (e.g. partners). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their own policies.

We may update this Policy. The “last updated” date is shown at the top.
